Lithuania has largely sidestepped some of these issues because when they declared independence from the soviet union, they did not have such a large influx of a soviet ara migrants during that period. In lavianastonia, that that wasn't really the case because during the occupation, they had experienced pretty cipitous declines in their titular population.
