Melbourne's Coffee Scene
Melbourne has an incredible cafe scene. There's so many great concepts and cafe businesses that are really doing well, not just with coffee and beverage. A lot of inner city cafes are still struggling because a lot of them were put in the city. They're still bouncing back slowly but they did weed out a lot of cafes that probably shouldn't have been there. Once you get out of the city, it's made up a lot of really cool suburbs. So the local cafes did very well, converting over to takeaway coffees and takeaway food. The 16-ounce coffee become a bit of a hero during COVID.
