There's something around in what you just said about J talks about this idea of the golden algorithm and how life has this way. Maybe it's not subconscious, who knows of bringing us into the perfect set of experiences so that we get to feel the thing that we've been kind of subconsciously avoiding. And there was a retreat that I took part in recently that was around shadow work where these parts got to be kind of seen and experience and like felt all the way through. It sounds like again there's no question there but it's just sounds like that's what's happening for you.
