Sharon Rich: I know what it's like not to think theologically and have my mission informed by other forces like pragmatism, like insecurities, like impure desires. Ed is truly an expert in a lot of areas, but he was very careful to say that he really wanted to talk about the mission of the church. And so yeah, I think that is the hope and invitation, I believe, for pastors and leaders to be living and thinking in this way.
