The Stigma of Depression
Chantel: I've always been sensitive or what other e-words are used to describe me. Depression is like being in a dark hole and you can't be light anywhere. My mom gave me an ultimatum at 30, that it was get help or I'm getting it for you. So I got help from myself through therapy on and off for seven years. You know, constantly feeling misunderstood and hopeless just not having that desire to be alive.
