The Work Life Balance Myth

i think the work life balance myth is has been designed for women. Sometimes i work really late, but i i lie in bed till like ten or sometimes i work on a sunday writing my novel,. But then i'll take friday off, like it. One of the best ways to build resilient is to do something that is purely for you - whether it's a hobby, or even just reading and cooking. Often we don't think about resilience until something goes really wrong. A much better approach to being razilian is be going to build those brazilians reserves all of the time, every day, so that they're there when you need them.
