The Fourth Circuit

The seventh circuit adopted kind of a loyalty est that at the magic moment that an employee decides to engage in computer ish conduct that violates the interests of the employer. The ninth circuit took a more restrictive approach and tended to cleave e more closely to questions of technological barriers. And so, you know, obviously, using someone else's credentials and impersonating that person to log into a system that's relatively clean cut as as an act of unauthorized.
