What's So Important About Global Interventions?
Joshua: Beyond this sort of global collaboration and global equity piece I think there's a couple of things where it's particularly important to have international reach. One would be this question around governing technologies biotechnologies bioscience so one intervention we haven't talked about today but which often comes up as this idea of screening orders of synthetic nucleic acid like DNA. The biological weapons convention is one where I think especially because it operates on consensus and especially because there's been a history of there being certain blocks known to have certain interests.
