I Don't Trust the State With the Power to Execute People
I don't know of a death penalty case that is actually going to result results in the death penalty if this one doesn't. There's nothing you can do if you've executed someone and there later. I would have no issue with him being executed. I wouldn't either. It's more so the disproportionate effects of those who who are bound innocent later or those who should not have gotten the def the penalty anyway.
