The Future of 3D Printing
With the supply chain crisis, parts being so delayed, 3D printing can get a part in a matter of hours and you might have had a two week lead time on it otherwise. It's great for what I'd call bridge manufacturing. There's some period of time that you need parts really quick and you're willing to switch methods to get them quickly. Over the long term, like what 3D printing is a lot more valuable for is creating parts that previously couldn't even exist with traditional manufacturing.
