at the peak of it like when we really started to grow before I sat down from the CEO rule I would say two to three hours a week was content that's insane. The rest was all meetings calls what a waste right and like I just wasn't happy you know like that's such a waste of like because there's literally only one person who could do what you did content-wise but probably 50 people or there's probably three people just in your organization who could have done the other stuff yeah. That's when I was like I gotta get out of this role I gotta get back to creating because to the last decade creating and building this audience and community is leverage for the brand.
