Charles Rangel: I don't understand in this particular case given all of the other factors involved such as the first time you're going to be indicting a candidate for the presidency and a former president so you're you're crossing a Rubicon there. He says he doesn't see like what's the overriding point on whether or not national security was harmed by his actions. The FBI largely retrieved all these documents according to Charles, but why did it need to prosecute him if they could get away with just lying to the FBI? We are running up against an ego maniac who just believed that they the documents were his because he was willing to violate other laws including Espionage Act which is separate matter
