I love how she starts the album with a thesis statement. It's like Cecil B. DeBille at the beginning of the 10 Commandments when he comes out and tells you what you're supposed to get out of the movie. This is what she wants all of us to understand from this album. I think it's kind of adorable how she talks about how when she was 17, she used to let people control her. But now she's controlling herself. And she was all in 19 when she was recording this. So that's just, I really enjoy that because she's still very much a teenager here. But she's a teenager who's making really awesome music.
