Big companies buying big commercial real estate. More unemployment means it'll be easier to hire people. I think we'll change germanically, for sure. There's something about empathy, trust, in all these deep psychological things that are really hard to replicate digitally. And i've certainly struggled with this a bit in this environment. But imagining if you're alone, a trying to just deal with these ups and downs, and you don't have anybody to just enough sit across from and give a hug to ind stuff, it's super hard and sad....
