What Sleep Does for You?

There's nothing more important when you're under the most stressful of circumstances to have a good night's sleep and an full rest, even to the extent that i would go and take naps during trial. The body is wired to have a normal 24 hour circatian rhythm where you go through different periods of alertness and sleepiness. While you are sleeping, there are these sleep cycles that happen. So just because you're not awake and conscious does not mean that all sleep is the same.
