The Most Important Exercise Is Time Under Tension

The most important thing to focus on here is something called tut. If your goal is to gain muscle mass, then we don't want to just kind of run around, do one exercise, jump to the next and you're doing like a circuit training very, very quickly. Time under tension is important. We're covering this in my program, the fat loss code. And so we'll be talking down these different programs with the linear or daily undulating periodization.
