The Misunderstanding of GMO Labels

A lot of confusion and misunderstanding regarding just GMOs in general. I can't stand the non GMO label because it's 100% marketing. Most crops that we have today have been modified in some way. What is designated as GMO is these more modern techniques that are a lot more efficient. They affect a lot fewer genes than you know cross breeding or some of these older methods.
