I love the way that you've laid this out of finding the short term bet for the year that is going to be tied to pipeline. Rokin down in increments of six months your long term moonshots are not tied to pipeline and those are held to different leading indicators and standards. And it's nice when you get CEO backing to right today in the town hall you just stood up and said we need to go bigger we need to be bolder we need to take more risk. It's like amazing for the marketing team to hear because they're like OK, everything we've decided it's approved.
