Is There Imposter Syndrome in Public Accounting?

A lot of people in public accounting especially in the big four they're very sociable. I don't know if you guys have felt this in your jobs but I've caught myself like speaking in a certain way that our age group speaks. People take it hand in hand like the younger you are the more inexperienced you are. That's how people associate both of those things. So you never want to show that you're too young in your job. You want to just keep it that you're older. It's better to be older when you're thinking about your career or that's just how the system plays.
