A few days ago there's an article that you wrote with internal audit through six year IE 360 about the the words the techno babble the internal audit uses. I could empathize with that a little bit but walk us through some of those what are these like words that we should consider no longer using or at least understanding the context they're hearing them in. We don't really realize it because we fall into using certain words but think about how they're creating perceptions and misperceptions, even perpetuating perceptions that are not right But we have but we don't like and we have a hard time dispellingyou know.
