The U.S. attorney for the district of delaware essentially was given carte blanche to prosecute any place in the country that he thought was appropriate. The hearing went so completely sideways is who screwed up right because you have all of these very expensive lawyers and extremely experienced prosecutors and yet there was this total lack of meeting of the minds, says CNN's John Defterios.
