The Future of Staffing Data
I think productive staffing and predictive inventory is huge there because now we finally got the data to be smart about it. I'd love to see the industry as a whole come to come some sort of standard with regards to comparison of, we'll say, FTE production and budgeting and the whole thing. But I also want to make sure with that we are guarding those non-productive hours. We really do need to be standing tall and strong as managers, educators, supervisors, directors in this space.
