Carbon Credit Rating Providers - What's Next?
In absence of additional regulation, the thing that i am really excited about is the agrowth of what i'll call credit rating providers. So there are companies like b zero that are operating almost like amoties would for securities and but for underlying carbon and commodities markets. The other incentive structure we think a lot about is the idea of who determines what qualities and the underlying attributes. And again, as alwys, no ethical an obviously won't work in scale.
