What's the One Thing, if All Else Fails?

There's got to be clarity, clarity around the it. And then evaluation. But evaluation is no better than the standard against which you're valuating. Some people go purely anecdotal. People go purely numerical. That's not healthy either. So trying to create an evaluation process that takes both into consideration, i think, is important.
