You can do a keynote, you could be a fireside chat with a host. But i think that the monologue won't be as effective in achieving what you're trying to achieve if you don't have more audience interaction. One of my favourite examples of this was not even a virtual presentation, but it's one i wrote about in my last book,. Steve John addressed developers who were pissed off and decided to address their concerns in more of a fireside chats kind of panel conversation met. It allowed him to tackle the resistance head on.
