The Digital Is a Subject
The digital is split. It has an unconscious. And it's not, and this is where again, when, you know, take these, take the attitudes towards TikTok right now,. You know, bipartisan agreement in the, in the US and US politics that tick, almost the TikTok should be banned. Certainly here in Canada, different government agencies at provincial or federal levels are saying they can't be used on government devices anymore. That is setting up TikTok as the big other as to sort of malevolent, all powerful,you know, to folk devil.
