Students are concerned about the symmetry of funding between g p i and other institutions, such as Oxford or Cambridge. G p i is trying to get these very smart students more engaged in global proatise type research at this early stage of their career. If they go overseas to some institution that has a much weaker e a presence there's little impact on them.
