The 75 hard program is very simple. You're going to follow a diet, you're going to do two workouts. One of them has to be outdoors and both have to be at least 45 minutes. The podcast will tell you what it consists of. And if you don't do it the way it is, you didn't do the mother fucking program. This is not some bullshit internet challenge I just put together to entertain myself. It's all specifically designed for a reason. Those reasons will be completely explained when my book comes out in a few months.
