Is Social Media Helping People With Mental Illness?
Mental health labels that we use, they are simply labels. We have not found the cause of depression or any other mental health problem in the brain. Every one with depression is completely different and has a completely different set of problems. And using these labels actually makes it more difficult for people to really pinpoint the probles that they really are having. So i think it's very important to work out exactly what problems people are having,. so that you can then work out whether taking a drug is worth while but also what other things you might be able to help some one with.
