I wish I meditated more, which is probably the sentence most people who meditate will say. Like when we talk about the social media and being distracted, do you have any rules for yourself where you can allow yourself to cut off completely? Do you bring your phone into the studio? Or do you shut off your phone? And also, do you even have mindfulness practices where it sounds like you maybe meditate a little bit as well?
