The Lag Factor in CEOs

I know my friends that are CEOs of big companies like Umar who needs pretty little thing. And I watch him get frustrated to the point of his face going red. So for me, being aware of that and then communicating that to my team is really important. If you don't understand something or it doesn't make sense, just ask. Open the door for people to have an opinion or to be able to ask a question. It's very different to anyone listening who's ever done online gaming. That's like you're playing call of duty or something and you start lagging. It's literally the same thing.
