How to Balance Long and Short Positions
How do you decide on your risk and position size for each trade? You mentioned there two to 4%. How do you decide what trades are going to risk 2%, what trades aregoing to risk 4%. Just walk us through that a little more. Well, I mean, it goes back to looking at the charts. If some of the charts I've looked at previous year were a bit wicksory, I might risk slightly less. But if it's a nice smooth chart, like,I see bottom left hand corner and it ends up in the top right hand corner over the last year or so roughly, then I'll risk a little bit more because I like smooth trend.
