How to Position Someone as a Hero in a Story

The main principle of this step, Donald, is to make the person that you're selling to the hero of the story. What we're actually looking for is somebody who enters into our story and helps us win. Chef 2 invited the customer into a story in which they could play the hero,. buying their product in order to experience a climactic scene. That is always going to win.
