How to Get a Fucking Job in France?

Gabriel dedier, the woman who wrote this memoir, she got a job at a pre schol. She was teaching artistic kids and had a really fat phobic boss. Size base discrimination is actually illegal in france but because you have to send in your photo with your fucking job application, you don't get to the interview stage. And like, the only reason to send a photo would be to l rule out people with head scarves, people that are not why? People who are fat, like ye. What other purpose is there for this? I mean, to my mind, this is just like open the flood gates for racism in particular.
