Tote has changed its focus from the iBuyer to a financing product. Did you start doing that before the shift in the economy or was this something that you kind of anticipated and it was a wedge for you to get in and then build your business on? We had already started shifting before there was a big turn in the market, which is why we had already built out a lot of what I was talking about before. But at the end of the day, what we've built out with this platform is, we can plug in and plug out what is working in the environment," he said.
