The value proposition of Lido is very much based on the sense that they have dual governance. "I just find it very hard to get behind the idea that, yeah, we can't allocate capital," he says. The old governance process of ETH was more like the dev side pushed upgrades and miners ate them up. But now there are real stakeholders such as stakers who might want a say in what happens next.
