Allyship operates on a continuum because different people respond in different ways, different situations. In order for people to be curious about allyship and to learn to become better allies, they actually have to acknowledge and recognize that inequity exists. So one of the ways we can go about that is to educate ourselves. We talk about stay with it without the birth mindset.
