I wouldn't go as extreme to taking a furniture away it would be too much. It's very simple to be able to slide a chair away hold the edge of the desk do a few squats lifting your chest up and use the desk as an anterior support I think that's where a lot of things fall down is we think oh we're gonna find the time to do that so just look at what you're doing within the environment and try and make small changes within it rather than add too much to your day. You have to take it back to say right after a certain amount of time like after this immediately after I'd be taking things to the ground againjust because of the length of time
