Ethereum's Proposal for CSR
The protocol we're proposing just allows for like an arbitrary the fee to be arbitrary essentially. So you could say 30% is going to go towards CSR or 40% or 10% or 100%. That's really you have the discretion of the L2. And I think that creates a pretty cool dynamic between L2s. It's kind of like a game of public goods essentially to attract developers and retain them.
