The Frustration of Waiting for Someone to Show Up for an Appointment

"I've been strung along now for two days. There was four separate appointments. There was someone supposed to show up at and no one has, no one has showed up," she says. "So far people have canceled ... they just haven't shown up", adds the woman who moved into a new house with no internet. She asks: 'What do you think I should do? It's so frustrating here'
