A mentor is somebody that you can go to for all kinds of advice and questions. You don't have to be a manager to have power over people. A boss is usually much, much older than yourself,. Someone who has maybe even reaching the end of their career. So it's really good that complicated. Will have lost lots of things to research and talk about for many years to come. E, no, habsolutely.
