The Problem With CX in Marketing

I want to create a case for every time a reason that has to contact us. I want them to be able to create their case automatically. That's again, 90% of the stuff I say rarely happens because it takes a lot of guts. It reminds me of Trisha Wong, the tech end lager. We often are getting kind of shoehorned into measuring what we think is more valuable versus measuring what matters.
