The Impact of Apple's iOS Change on E-Commerce Growth

When Facebook came out, Apple basically said, no, we're going to change the algorithm and Facebook can't do what it could before. That was not as big of an impact on our business as a lot of people assume it would be. If you are a business owner and you get 100% of your new customers from one place, that's a tough place to be. So regardless of the size or scale of your organization, if your only way of acquiring new customers is from putting money into the Facebook ads machine, most of our businesses do run Facebook ads.
