How to Sing Harmony
Harmony is always combinations of intervals and that's where there's a big connection with melody. You know the hear chords that are open as opposed to close. Here's a C major triad on top of a B flat. Or a G triad or an E minor. I can hear the difference of those pretty clearly. And you can quiz yourself. We always talk about it's easier to have somebody else quiz or have an app do it but you know if you build this up kind of methodically in terms of triads first and then the inversions and then open them up beyond the octave like we just were doing.
