Is There a Red Flag in Your Site?

You almost start by whittling sites down by looking at red flags or things you know you don't want, and then secondarily you get into actually do I want this site that is kind of past a couple of the tests. And it helps if you've got it sort of written down and you say look yes I haven't bought a site for two months but that doesn't mean I should just buy this site, which is clearly got this red flag.
