Is the Confession Sufficient?

There is an idea in some quarters that maybe the revelation has not ceased and closed. But there are plenty of evangelicals who don't believe that. And this is one of the things that separates us from many evangelicals. Westminster is a cessationist document, but it's not just that negatively. It's a sufficiency of scripture document. Is the scripture sufficient? The confession says it's necessary, but it'm sufficient for everything we need to know about God and about his plan of salvation in Christ.
