Martial Arts - Connecting With the Other Person

In a martial arts context, re direct it away from you or even towards the other person. It's based on finesse and ability connect. And i really think our society is, not to get too much into politics, but we are hyper, hyper polarized. We're spending less time actually talking to each other, doing the thing that you just described,. More time on social media, feeling more and more polarized. I mean, if we're all divided into two teams, tam a and tm b, and tm a and b hate each other and can't communicate, it's going to be really hard to address these things.
