What's Going on in the E-Commerce Landscape?
The e-commerce trends report that we released about six months ago, one of the things that stood out to me when I did a correlation on what brands are doing the best was things that you would guess like return on ad spend actually surprisingly didn't drive outcomes very much if at all. The things that really drove growth and especially profitability were things like companies that focused over emphasized brand and storytelling. Companies that used the 3PL versus run warehouse were much more profitable and kind of healthier in general.
