Breathwork Session - What Is It All About?
Last night I did a breathwork session. This was like a 45 minute session of deep breathing. It's pretty intense. Now, it immediately occurred to me that this is very much linked with the intense worrying that I've been consumed by in these last few weeks. And so I sort of explored what it was going to take to get more connected to myself. When I do things like this, for example, or it could be like a run through nature or, you know, just any sort of activity that takes me out of the echo chamber of my mind,.
