The Russian War in Ukraine

Rastavondan the city that Progosen took over has now been offline for two days. Every hour that that is not operating normally is an hour that russian forces in ukraine do not have access to ammo and reinforcements they need. A lot going on a lot of this is not going to clear up in the near term but i thought it might be useful to have a bit of a primer cue the trolls.
